Biographies of Presenters Nkem Oraegbu is a Product & Project Management expert. She has worked in a variety of regulated industries, including banking and insurance. Nkem holds a Master’s in Business from Purdue University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Nkem will be facilitating the LinkedIn portion of the seminar, helping members create optimized profiles that bring results. John Ohakim is a data analytics and modeling expert. He currently works as a Data Engineer in the Consumer Goods industry, where he is involved in using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive strategic decision making. Prior to this, John taught undergraduate economics courses and worked as a researcher on a Federally funded project. He holds a graduate degree in Economics from Colorado State University. John will be facilitating the Careers in Technology session. Chike Agu is a seasoned software development manager at JP Morgan Chase & Co. He manages the creation of software that seamlessly consumes computer infrastructure at the speed of business. He has worked as a sales engineer, a software developer, or architect in several industry sectors that span banking and finance, education, manufacturing, R&D, healthcare, energy, and entertainment media. Chike holds an electrical engineering degree from City College of New York and an MBA from Columbia University. Chike will talk about best practices used in software development to create bug free applications that are secure and user friendly.
Biographies of Presenters Fola Fapohunda, CPA, PMP, MBA, is a Director in the Financial Planning and Analysis team at Morgan Stanley in New York City. He founded Capital Street Group, a small boutique private equity firm based out of NJ. Fola is a serial entrepreneur having been involved in a wide range of industries including Consulting, Tax Strategy, Tech space, Real Estate and Aquaculture. Fola has over 15 years of finance experience, and holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Delaware and MBA candidacy at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at AHOW, and Treasurer for MyGoal. Fola will be co-facilitating the Entrepreneurship session. Dolapo Adedeji is a woman passionate about helping other women achieve success and build wealth. She is the current Founder and CEO of D Success Factor - a business that aims to coach women who want or are building their EMPIRES while having a positive impact on their communities. Dolapo is currently a mom to two awesome kids and she is married to an amazing and loving husband for the last 15 years. Dolapo is currently working for Barclays Bank as a Vice President on the Financial Crimes Compliance Audit team. Dolapo is a certified internal auditor (CIA) and a certified anti-money laundering specialist (CAMS). Dolapo will be co-facilitating the Entrepreneurship session.
