LONGTERMGOALS To make students learn the use of integers in daily life and in mathematical concepts.
SHORT TERM GOALS To make students learn the use of number line to represent positive and negative numbers. To make students add, subtract, divide or multiply integers independently.
PERSONAL PLANNER Weekly plan personal lesson planner. Assessment #1 is taken and names of the students have been identified who need individual attention. Thirty minute period after school has been allotted for them with the name of ELSC.

RULES OF INTEGERS When signs are same we add the numbers When signs are different we subtract the numbers +3 -15 = -12 -3 +15 = +12 -13 -5 = -18 13 + 5 = 18 + X + = + - X - = + + X - = - - X + = _ The sign of bigger number is always written in the answer

INSTRUCTIONAL STRATEGIES AND TASKS STRATEGY TASK Will assign them questions from their text book and workbook to solve. Apart from that I will give them worksheets to solve. Prepare as many worksheets as possible. Prepare assignments for them.

SOLUTIONS AND CHALLENGES CHALLENGE SOLUTION Students may not understand the use of positive and negative signs. Students find it difficult and may not take interest. More examples will be given to them as negative marking and temperature. Some individual activity will be done to motivate students.
