WM Device Center • Connects PC <=> PDA • Create a Partnership • Think Microsoft • Outlook talks to Outlook • Calendar to Calendar • Contacts to Contacts • Etc. • Will update some resources

File Maintenance • Move files back and forth • Word, PowerPoint, Excel files • Music, images, OneNote • From Laptop, while connected • Computer or Mobile Device Center • PDA is like an external storage device when connected • On PDA • Programs, File Explorer • Use to delete and move filed, folders
Put Picture on Background • Find a picture • Resize it to 480 wide x 640 tall 90 dpi max (Microsoft Digital Image Software) • Save as .jpg or .gif • In My Computer • Drag and drop into Storage Card folder on Mobile Device • On iPAQ, Start, Settings, Today • Use picture as background – Browse to find

General Steps for All Installations • Go to the Library web page, if at home log onto EZProxy • PDA Websites page: Follow link to product web site • Register and get an account • Pick platform (Windows Mobile 5 or PocketPC) • Download software to desktop • Run the software with the PDA connected • Tell it where to put the software (device or SD) • When it finishes, test the software
