Findings/KeyTakeaways • Brazilians are very big on developing relationships before doing business • Strong emphasis on family and friends • Passionate about sports, especially soccer • Seek emotional connections (people vs. business partners) • Brazilians do not abide by deadlines and/or often meet deliverables after deadlines • Brazilians tend to be overly optimistic and often avoid bad news • Generally emotional and passionate • Ties back in with not wanting to damage relationships with unfavorable information
