  2. My Response In the beginning of the book it states all of the facts about Julia Gillian and she was nine years old in the middle of summer looking forward to 5th grade some of her good friends were Zap and Enzo. A dog named Bigfoot the Saint Bernard with big blots of brown was Julia Gillian’s . Her dad kninned and her mom made bird houses they were both teaches dad, in high school and her mom in mittle school. Everyday was the same so it lead me off guard every Friday she went to the claw machine and wanted the stuffed meerkat and everyday she ate either pop or a popsicle. But than something exciting happened she wanted to buy a book about a dog. She starts off reading the book and she just knows what happens. She thinks that the dog is going to die. So she try’s to get her mind off of the book and go’s to take her dog on a walk. But before that she has to ask her friend Enzo. The same thing happens over and over and than the book ends, I thought that it was a little boring and she never gets to find out what happens in the book. But she does make a new friend named Holly.

  3. My Exploration For my exploration I brought in pop. I brought this in because that is Julia Gillian's treat of the day, she gets to pick a popsicle or pop.
