While the rest of the world concerns itself with election results and legal challenges, we thought we’d dig into the archives and scour the history books for some stories from the lighter side of American history. Though some of them may sound stranger than fiction, we swear they’re every bit as true as the stories most history books decide to share instead. You can find these stories, and many more, throughout the many ebooks and audiobooks offered at Oldreads. Bodies at Ben’s house.
