  3. CTC’s Rod buster program is a 640 hour course that can be completed in a minimum of sixteen (16) weeks. The program is designed to teach the fundamentals and develop rod buster skills. CTC

  4. CTC • Rod buster is a technique used to tie rebar (steel) of various sizes together to serve as reinforcement prior to pouring concrete.

  5. Mission Statement • To develop male/female students for permanent jobs with a focus on assisting welfare recipients, non-custodial parents, and unskilled workers with a specific interest in the Rod Buster industry.

  6. Application Fee $50.00 Enrollment Fee $150.00 Kit/Down Payment $350.00 Tuition $5650.00 Total $6200.00 Tuition and Fees

  7. Admission Requirements • Complete Application • Fifty Dollar ($50) application fee • Signed enrollment agreement • Signed Hold Harmless • Signed Physical ability release form

  8. Admission Requirements • Construction Training Center prefer trainees to have a high school diploma or GED, however, it is not required.

  9. Arsagius WorkmanSponsor by Vocational Rehabilitation • A student that is working out in the fields with a former student that own his own business.

  10. Reginold BrownSponsor by Vocational Rehabilitation • Another student working for a former student that own his own business.
