Overview • ‘My Screenings’ tab is where you enter your gender and age • ‘Questions for the Doctor is where you can enter questions and notes • ‘Resources’ provides list and contact info to cancer centers, and other services such as the Nebraska Tobacco Quitline, Every Woman Matters Program, and others

  4. ‘My Screenings’ • Recommendations based on gender and age • Race section is included for data collection on usage demographics; this section does not influence recommendations

  5. ‘My Questions for the Doctor’ • Section for notes and questions • A few sample questions are pre-populated in this section

  6. ‘Resources’ Section • Listing of cancer centers statewide • Community programs • Online resources
