  4. Introducing the new Phaseo ABL4 RS/WS power supplies • The new Phaseo power supplies provide 3.5A to 40A output and are suitable for single-phase and three-phase power supplies. They easily mount inside automation system enclosures due their small size, and they meet the most demanding automation system requirements. • The new Phaseo ABL4 range completelyreplaces the previous family of Phaseo power supplies, the ABL8 RP/WP, and when used in conjunction with Phaseo ABL8 function modules, they assure users of continuity of service in the event of a power outage or circuit overload.

Substitution of Phaseo ABL8RP/WP by Phaseo ABL4 (1) Standard IEC/EN 61000-3-2 defines the harmonic limits of the input current that can be produced by equipment such as regulated switch mode power supplies ABL4 or ABL8. This standard is only applicable to electrical or electronic devices that are intended for connection to low voltage public distribution systems. This is rarely the case for power supplies higher than or equal to 480 W.
