2. The Auditing Report will be generated by Integrating 4 modules as follows

Software Inventory - Forms • For those details which cannot be retrieved from computers or other devices profiles in SI, we will add separate forms. • Forms will be prefilled by respective office system administrators. • We will have separate forms for various purposes, for example – ISP Details, Generic (Common), Content, etc. • The table at the end of slides will show where all we will require details to be fetched from these forms.

Software Inventory – Computer Profiles • We will use computer profiles of users as well as server to get the actual data • These information will be passed on to Report Generator by pre-filling the related fields • It will be used for information such as, software installed, backup software details, Domain name, computer name, no of active domain users, total no of domain users, etc. • We need to ensure that all the profiles uploaded on software inventory are up to date and has complete and correct information about the profiles.

5. Software Inventory – Other Devices Profiles • We will use other devices profiles such as printer, photocopier to pre-fill data into form generator for related items. • We need to ensure that Other Devices profiles are up to date and has complete and correct information as well.

6. Software Inventory – Audit Report Generator • The Audit Report Generator will a small top section which will pre-fill few details such as current date, total CRM users, etc • The top section will also have fields like No of LAN users, ISI Office drop-down (selecting ISI office will pre-fill total No of CRM users, total associated users, etc), and other common field, etc • The following Audit Report Generator form details will give you exact picture….

7. Audit Report Generator Form • This will be a separate tab link as ‘Perform Audit’ • Once clicked, it will open ‘Audit Report’ form • First option you will be required to select will be ISI Office • This will fill few details and few of them will be added by Auditor, like Audited by, etc.
