Planogram / Modular Engine. We used a space-to-sales methodology to determine the title lists for each modular. We used the sales from each store within each demographic cluster and rack size to determine how large each fineline on the rack should be.

Planogram / Modular Engine • We used a space-to-sales methodology to determine the title lists for each modular. • We used the sales from each store within each demographic cluster and rack size to determine how large each fineline on the rack should be. • Once the fineline size was established, we ranked each title within that fineline giving the better performing titles the space on the rack. • Core titles are given higher priority in the title selection process. • A New & Notable space is predetermined on each planogram. • 80% of each modular is planned to develop consistency within each planogram. • 20% of each modular is devoted to “flex” space to allow for new titles and better performing store specific titles that didn’t make it onto all the planograms. • Currently both ANC and CMG are working together to create the planograms in ProSpace.
