East HelenaReuse Theme: Community-wide Revitalization Strategy • Process • SRI sponsored a reuse planning process and convened a planning charrette with 45 local stakeholders to develop a revitalization strategy • Focus area themes included: • Land use and development • Cultural heritage • Habitat and recreation
