  3. Weekly Schedule • October 30 to November 3 • Field visits • South: Fisherfolk in Matara • Central: Tea plantation workers near Kandy • East: Tsunami victims and IDPs in Batticaloa • North: IDPs in Mannar

Weekly Schedule • November 4 to 10 • Group presentations of field visits • Inputs and discussion about transformation of ourselves and our communities • Reflective essay about what you have learned and how you will use it when you return home • Evaluations and reflections on the program • Closing ceremony (exchange of gifts) • Sightseeing

  5. Daily Schedule • 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. • Inclusive interfaith prayer • Morning reflection • Focusing on the injustice around us • The hope that comes from the struggle of the marginalized • Notetakers’ reports • Announcements

  6. Daily Schedule • 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. • First morning session • 10:45 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. • Tea break • 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. • Second morning session • 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. • Lunch

  10. Rotas • Morning interfaith prayers (by country) • Morning reflections (by country) • Notetakers – two per day • Four discussion groups • Four field visit groups • Mentoring groups (meet once per week before writing weekly reflection)
