Reopened in January 1991 • Restarted operations with 13 employees • Currently 1130 employees in Crestview, FL • Two Business Segments – • AeroStructures Group – manufacturing aircraft and helicopter structures and major airframe assemblies • Aircraft Modification Group – modification of Air Force special operations C-130’s and helicopters

What is affordable housing for Crestview Aerospace Associates A survey was distributed to all 1130 full time associates with 519 respondents to determine how they define: • What is “affordable” • What type of home they desire • Where they would like to live Of the 519 respondents to our survey: • 97%* of associates would like to own a home • 82%* consider less than $150,000. to be affordable

Summary 370 buyers within 36 Months • Most Desirable • 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Home • 1,500 – 2,000 Square Feet • 25 Mile Radius from Crestview Aerospace • Cost less than 150,000. • Payment less than 1,200. • There is only 28 of these homes available in Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton County. • This is the problem we collectively need to solve!!
