Highlights of changes • AIA • Change order description prints on the G702 form • Added ability to place a draw on hold after printing to keep from posting until approved • AP • Void check retains remit to code • Always check for posting date • Add new positive pay formats • Account for check numbers on void check overflow

  5. Highlights of changes contin. • AR • Sales analysis report by dollar volume corrected • Aged trial balance from highest to lowest dollar amount corrected • IN • Physical count proof list now sorts by bin/aisle • Item labels have adjustable size barcode fonts

Highlights of changes contin. • PR • New deduction type - net gross • UC3 report can sort by SSN • 401k and Roth reports can sort by DIV/DEPT • Union deductions on total gross • State taxable wages with 0 deductions now on W2 • Employer contributions going to W2 • Federal tax tables updated for 2013 changes • Add new positive pay formats

  7. Highlights of changes contin. • SB • PM tickets print tasks and sub-tasks • Last call field contains completed ticket date • Dispatch board changes for future date scheduling • Site listing detail report is user selectable andhas the ability to print SITE NOTES!
