SP HR Systems Team Strengths Don’t underestimate the importance of having a strong knowledgeable team to drive the delivery. • In-depth functional experience and knowledge of eBusiness. • Good understanding of personalisations. • Solid technical understanding. • Proven project management skills and upgrade/implementation experience. • Good working relationships with System Testers. • Good working relationships with Rocela • Experience of using My Oracle Support and managing SRs.

  17. Communications Strategy Your HR Online The system is now available. You will immediately notice some changes to the look of Self Service which we have summarised below:- • The screens are blue. • Online Password Reset is now called Login Assistance. • My Overtime – time card entry and search has been consolidated into the one screen • The Mass Approval of time cards now functions correctly (Managers use only) • My Absence – Medical certificates now reside on the same screen. (Managers use only) We have developed new process guides for all Your HR Online Self Service and are now available on the HR Intranet. (Link) We would encourage you to have a look and these, especially the My Absence,
