If yes; then, what is this code? • What happen and would happen if human being do not abide by this code and vice versa?

  26. Inescapable Questions of Human Conscience • Can human being prosper without knowing the answer of said Qs? • Can science and secular Education answer these inescapable Qs? • If yes, then how? If No, then why? • Can religion answer the said Qs? • If yes then how?

  35. Creator of Man and His Attributes اللَّهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُمْ ثُمَّ رَزَقَكُمْ... Allah is He Who created you and then sustained you. [Al-Qur’an: Rum 30:40] قُل هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ- اللَّهُ الصَّمَدُ- لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ- وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ كُفُواً أَحَدٌ He is Allah the One and Only; Allah the Eternal Absolute; He begets not nor is He begotten; and there is none Comparable to Him. [Al-Qur’an: Ikhlas 112:1-4] قُل لَّوْ كَانَ مَعَهُ آلِهَةٌ كَمَا يَقُولُونَ إِذاً لاَّبْتَغَوْاْ إِلَى ذِي العَرْشِ سَبِيلاً - سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى عَمَّا يَقُولُونَ عُلُوّاً كَبِيراً If there were—as some people assert—[other] deities side by side with Him, surely they would have to strive to find a way unto Him Who is enthroned on His Mightiness. Limitless is He in His Glory, and Sublime, Immeasurably exalted above anything that men may say [about Him] [Al-Qur’an: Isra’ 17:42-43]

Creation of Man by His Lord وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الإِنسَانَ مِن سُلاَلَةٍ مِّن طِينٍ- ثُمَّ جَعَلنَاهُ نُطْفَةً فِي قَرَارٍ مَّكِينٍ- ثُمَّ خَلَقْنَا النُّطْفَةَ عَلَقَةً فَخَلَقْنَا العَلَقَةَ مُضْغَةً فَخَلَقْنَا المُضْغَةَ عِظَاماً فَكَسَوْنَا العِظَامَ لَحْماً ثُمَّ أَنشَأْنَاهُ خَلقاً آخَرَ فَتَبَارَكَ اللَّهُ أَحْسَنُ الخَالِقِينَ. Verily We created man from a product of wet earth; then placed him as a drop (of seed) in a safe lodging; then fashioned We the drop a clot, then fashioned We the clot a little lump, then fashioned We the little lump bones, then clothed the bones with flesh, and then produced it another creation. So blessed be Allah, the Best of Creators [Al-Qur’an: Mu’minun 23:12 – 14] اللَّهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُم مِّن ضَعْفٍ ثُمَّ جَعَلَ مِن بَعْدِ ضَعْفٍ قُوَّةً ثُمَّ جَعَلَ مِن بَعْدِ قُوَّةٍ ضَعْفاً وَشَيْبَةً يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَهُوَ العَلِيمُ القَدِيرُ. Allah is He who shaped you out of weakness, then appointed after weakness strength, then, after strength, appointed weakness and grey hair. He creates what He will. He is the Knower, the Mighty [Al-Qur’an: Rum 30:54]

  37. Purpose of the Creation of Universe وَمَا خَلَقْنَا السَّمَاء وَالأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا بَاطِلاً... And We created not the heaven and the earth and all that is between them in vain [Al-Qur’an: Sad 38:27] إِنَّا جَعَلنَا مَا عَلَى الأَرْضِ زِينَةً لَّهَا لِنَبْلُوَهُمْ أَيُّهُمْ أَحْسَنُ عَمَلاً Indeed! We have placed all that is in the earth as an ornament thereof that we may try them: which of them is best in conduct [Al-Qur’an: Kahf 18:7] مَا خَلَقْنَـهُمَآ إِلاَّ بِالْحَقِّ وَلَـكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لاَ يَعْلَمُونَ - إِنَّ يَوْمَ الْفَصْلِ مِيقَـتُهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ - يَوْمَ لاَ يُغْنِى مَوْلًى عَن مَّوْلًى شَيْئاً وَلاَ هُمْ يُنصَرُونَ …none of these two have We created without [an inner] truth; but most of them understand it not. Verily, the Day of Distinction is the term appointed for all of them; the Day when no friend shall be of the least avail to his friend, and when none shall be succoured… [Al-Qur’an:Dukhan 44:38-42]

Status of Man in the Universe لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الإِنسَانَ فِي أَحْسَنِ تَقْوِيمٍ Surely We created man of the best stature [Al-Qur’an: Teen 95:4] وَلَقَدْ كَرَّمْنَا بَنِي آدَمَ وَحَمَلنَاهُمْ فِي البَرِّ وَالبَحْرِ وَرَزَقْنَاهُم مِّنَ الطَّيِّبَاتِ وَفَضَّلنَاهُمْ عَلَى كَثِيرٍ مِّمَّنْ خَلَقْنَا تَفْضِيلاً Verily We have honored the children of Adam. We carry them on the land and the sea, and have made provision of good things for them, and have preferred them above many of those whom We created with a marked preferment [Al-Qur’an: Isra’ 17:70] وَمَا خَلَقْتُ الجِنَّ وَالإِنسَ إِلاَّ لِيَعْبُدُونِ And I (Allah) created not the jinns and humans except they should worship Me (Alone) [Al-Qur’an: Dhariyat 51:56]

  39. Conclusion • Science and Secular Education that are believed to be a panacea of human ills, could not play significant role in ‘Making of Humanity’, in real terms. • Most possible reasons of their failure could be their weak faculties on which they rely upon or due to the reason that they do not have concerns with societal ills of human being. • On the contrary, Islam that depends upon Revelation—has proved enormously numerously that it has potential to ameliorate human societies by bringing revolutionary change in thought, character and behaviour of man. • In the light of antithetic results of the two sources of knowledge: (i) Scientific, and (ii) Religious, it is inferred that there is something besides and beyond ‘matter and materialistic world’ that accounts for the lives of human beings and affects the system of universe. • Unless man of present materialistic and scientific age surrenders to this reality, all efforts and attempts for the Making of Humanity seems to be fruitless.
