SMPDBK Limitations • Backwater effects ignored • No special effects included (e.g. bridges, dams, constrictions, etc.) • Error range: 0 - 10% Relative to NWS DAMBRK (when used within its limitations) • Rapid, easy, low cost, emergency situations
