Process ForwardAction Items By February 6, 2014 (email to: rusty.rozzelle@mecklenburgcountync.gov): IMPORTANT NOTE: No email by February 6, 2015 will be considered as approval for County to move forward at its discretion in the development of FY15 Work Plans & Budgets. • Notify County of your intentions regarding the completion of your assigned co-permittee activities. • Notify County as to whether you support the proposed FY15 Funding Strategy. • Notify County of your preferred option for providing IDDE training to your employees. By July 1, 2014: • Begin implementation of IDDE training & document. Complete training by June 30, 2016. Beginning July 31, 2015 & Each Year Thereafter: • Provide documentation of completed IDDE training to County.

Process ForwardItems for Consideration Co-permittee: • Initiate planning for staffing or outsourcing maintenance for single-family BMPs (except Huntersville & Cornelius). • Perform regular maintenance on BMPs owned by the co-permittee to extend useful life & reduce future maintenance & replacement costs. • Collect actual BMP construction & maintenance costs & provide to County upon request for use in refining modeled costs. County: • Remodel BMP Program costs every 5 years & provide data to co-permittees. • Pursue changes to Manuals to prohibit BMPs on single-family lots.
