  17. Face each other and lock Fingers. Gently lean back.

  19. Face each other and place your palms together. Gently lean forward.

  20. whatcha think? What happens if these two bridge anchors pushed too hard?

  21. whatcha think? What would happen if someone was sitting on your shoulders and pushing down? What is pushing back?

  22. Face each other and place your palms together and form an arch. Take a small step backward. Keep going backward until you can’t press your hands anymore.
