Dogra, Kuk, Baker, and Jamnik Project: • Patients worked with a professional 3 times weekly for 12weeks • Patients continued program by self for 12 additional weeks afterwards • Aerobic Exercise; (Outdoor jogging, Treadmill, Recumbent or Upright Cycling) Results: • Measurements; 1-5 Scale (1 Being Total Control) • ACQ (Asthma Control Questionnaire) • Mini-AQLQ (Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire) • Discovered that the exercise did help with the patients asthma symptoms.
