  7. MITIE procurement process The MITIE procurement process is intended to capture the business need. This can be driven by scope, specification, budget, or market changes. The next stage is designed to then consider the supply market capability. This process is designed to provide open and objective market evaluation. The output is establishing a contract against our standard form agreement to then sit within our contract database. Performance is then managed, measured, and benchmarked for all key supply agreements.

  8. Step 2: “Consider” & Evaluation Considering and evaluating the supplier responses against the Clients and MITIE business need and expected benefits. Notifications:via MITIE Sourcing portal that defines area of opportunity for the framework supply base to respond to. Mid tender interviews process, and site visits. Tenders / Evaluations:that requests detail around supplier business competencies, bespoke operational procedures, commercials, sustainability and performance requirements. Contracts:that will reflect the type of supply being sourced via the market.

  9. Step 3: “Contract” Delivery Contract management, performance and improvement. Working across various areas with priority based on client needs.
