Repeater Mode • New mode added to the list of Operation mode • Menu: Bluetooth -> Operation Mode • Parani-MSP1000 in Repeater mode can be used to function as a Repeater in order to extend the range of Bluetooth transmission or avoid obstacles between Parani-MSP1000 and Bluetooth devices • Manual 4.2.2 Repeater Mode > page 28
Repeater Mode Typical Application: • Extend the transmission range when there is an obstacle between MSP1000 and ESD100-embedded devices • PC can manage both 3 ESD’s connected to the station and the other 3 ESD’s connected to the repeater at the same time ESD1 MSP Repeater MSP Station PC ESD2 ESD4 ESD5 ESD6 ESD3

Control commands • MSP1000 used to be monitored by Telnet, SSH and HTTP. In order for MSP1000 to be monitored by programs, MSP1000 now supports TCP sockets through the port. • The Parani-MSP1000 is controllable by Control commands through 2525 TCP port • Available commands form Control port • USER admin - PASS admin • STAT - SCAN [IAC] • LIST - DISC [ID] • LOG [Line] - VER • HELP - REBOOT • QUIT • Manual Appendix D

Bug Fix List • Fixed the kernel panic problem occurring when the Parani-MSP1000 transfers many data through bluetooth module • Fixed the problem that the Portlog was not displayed in the Web correctly • SPP IN/OUT display error • Display error in Readable binary • Added Month / Date to the logging time • Fixed the problem that the text of Portlog was not cleared • Portlog Clear error on Webpage • Fixed the problem that the Portlog was not logged to CF card.
