  4. CUMIS Travel Insurance Program • The CUMIS Travel Insurance Program is underwritten by Co-operators Life Insurance Company and administered by TIC Travel Insurance Coordinators Ltd. (TIC) • CUMIS is responsible for the account management of the program.
