  1. Deutsch 2 Midterm Herr Reierstad 6. Januar 2014

  2. Das Midterm • This year’s midterm will be slightly different. Since you recently took a large test, I didn’t want to give you another one of the same when you came back.

  3. Your midterm will consist of 2 parts: • A speaking part in which you answer several questions. • A writing part in which you write answers to 3 prompts.

  4. Teil 1: Sprechen • I will pick 4 of the speaking prompts on the right. You will be expected to talk for roughly 30 seconds on the subject. I’m thinking 4-5 sentences should suffice. • Erzähle, wo du wohnst (Staat, Ort, Straße) und wie dein Haus und dein Zimmer aussehen. • Erzähle etwas über deine Familie und deine Freunde (Personen, Name, Alter, Aussehen, Hobbies) • Was machst du gern in deiner Freizeit (Hobbies, Interessen, Spiel, Sport und Spaß)? • Erzähle etwas über dein Schulleben (Stundenplan, Fächer, Lehrer, Noten). • Was isst und trinkst du gern? Wohin gehst du am liebsten essen und trinken und warum? • Erzähle etwas über Arbeiten, bei denen du zu Hause oder anderswo hilfst (Hausarbeit, Kirchenarbeit, Sozialarbeit) • Was für Kleidung trägst du am liebsten im Sommer und im Winter, an Wochentagen und am Sonntag?

  5. Teil 2: Schreiben • You will be expected to choose any 3 of the writing prompts and write at least one paragraph 5-7 sentences about each one. You will start at the beginning of the class; your completed work is due at the end of the class. You will work on you own.

  6. EureHausaufgabe • I will divide you into groups. Each of you will be responsible for 1 or 2 of the writing prompts. Write an answer for them. Next time, you will compare and peer edit your answers.
