Teaching Evaluation Gap • Read the article using “Four As” protocol questions: • What assumptions does the author hold? • What do you agree with in the text? • What do you want to argue with in the text? • What in the text do you want to aspire to? • In groups of three, share and discuss what you marked in the text. • Discuss what implications the ideas in the article have for your work to implement changes to teacher and principal evaluation.
