Methodological, organizational and legal management systems. • Description is given to the main methodological and organizational and legal principles of management systems; • The concept of a management mechanism in introduced with specification of its tasks, functions, forms and methods; • Consideration is given to the problems of improving organizational structures, introduction of innovative information technologies, personnel training, application of domestic international experience in management

Principles of nature management and their application to the ecological regulation. • Discussion is focused on the principles of nature management in association with ecological regulation practice; • The study is dedicated to ecologically sustainable development of society in association with the problem of ecological restrictions imposed on economic development; • Description is given to the ecological and economic system of natural resource stock takingand to ecologically adjusted macroeconomic indicators
