EMI 2 preparation - Last steps • 13 April 2012 • RC4 phaseclosed: • SL5/x86_64 - 98% successful build rate • SL6/x86_64 – 95% successful build rate • Debian6: • UI – with available clients • ARC, UNICORE • PTs testing RC4 versions of their component • Deployment on EMI testbed • To be finished April 18th • Most product successfully tested • Problematic products: Hydra, WMS (server) EGI TCB, 24 April 20112

  5. EMI 2 content • All Products already in EMI 1 • Hydra, WNoDeS, EMIR, CANL, Pseudonimity • EDGI bridges for all CEs • … but if Hydra and WMS do not pass certification by the release date, they will be released later with an update EGI TCB, 24 April 20112

  6. EMI 2 backward incompatibilities • No interface changes • Packaging changes in • gridsite • cgsi_gsoap • dCache • Mainly to comply with existing EPEL package names EGI TCB, 24 April 20112
