  3. Reports Filter (cont.) • CATS displays the Food Distribution Program Reports Report Filter page. • Click on the Statement of Commodities Shipped link in blue to access the Statement of Commodities Shipped report. ODE, Office for Child Nutrition

  4. Statement of Commodities Shipped Parameters • CATS display the Statement of Commodities Shipped Parameters page. • Complete any blank values with the appropriate parameters for your sponsor and click Create Report. ODE, Office for Child Nutrition

  5. Statement of Commodities Shipped Report CATS displays the report in a new window. ODE, Office for Child Nutrition

Changing Your Password • You are required to change your password after a specific period of time. • You will be notified of this and given the opportunity to change your password when your password expires. • To change your password before it expires, use the Security link.
