Introduction • Student learning is affected by weak memory, therefore, it is important to investigate its causes and find ways for improving it.
Types of Memory • Sensory memory: 1) Visual memory. 2) Auditory memory. • Short-term memory • Long-term memory

Causes • Fading The information you learn is forgotten when you don't review it (W. Pauk, 2000)
Causes • Thinking negatively. • Emotional factors • Physical state • Cognitive factors • Environmental factors • Task demands
Tips for remembering • Choosing to remember by being interested in the topic. • Make mnemonics. • Visualize the image you’re trying to remember. • Try making songs and jokes. • Repeating, rehearsing, and rewriting. • Visual searching: retracing your actions. • Prioritize your assignments.

Solutions • Omega-3: Fish and Non-fish. • Leafy green vegetables. • Colorful fruits. • Less saturated fat. • Thyme and olive oil. • Green tea. • Water.
