Le SYMENCA, maître d’ouvrage, réalise lui-même les études. Il s’est adjoint le concours de Proscot pour la communication, la concertation et la prospective. La mission de Proscot, d’une durée de 3 ans comprend les éléments suivants : • Communication : • Réalisation d’une lettre du Scot tirée à 250 000 exemplaires • Affichage, insertion presse • Site internet spécifique • Relations presse • Concertation : • Organisation de séminaires • Réunions de groupe d’acteurs • Réunions publiques • Exposition itinérante • Prospective : • Enquête prospective grand public • Animation d’ateliers de prospective • Elaboration d’une brochure : « Nice-Côte d’Azur : visions du futur ».
