Balt City Close Up: Closed Cases And Level of Service • Litigation closings are Non-CINA cases that involve Negotiation with Litigation, Uncontested and Contested Court decisions, and Administrative Hearings • In 2008, Baltimore City had 60 Non CINA Uncontested Court decisions and 98 Contested Court decisions. Of the 98 Contested Court cases, Deanna Watkins, a paralegal, handled 44. The next highest case total for contested court cases by a case handler was 8. • Of the 98 Contested Court cases in 08, 44 were Landlord/Tenant, 21 Family Law, and 27 involved public or subsidized housing. • In 08, Administrative Hearing closings numbered 108

Of the 53 Contested Court cases, 36 were Family Law. • Of Contested Court cases, Arlene Callender had 8, Mary Cheng 7, and a host others with 3 or less. • In 08, Administrative Hearing closings numbered 71 (v. 108 in BaltCity)
