The Victorian model Includes and adds to the national model Well developed and tested methodology based on action research with previous cohorts Provides face to face networking for principals Provides professional learning for teams of teachers in geographic networks A Most Significant Change (MSC) model for evaluation and dissemination of learnings

Networks Purpose • Sharing strategies, stories, providing support • Building learning communities • Belonging to a group involved in a similar program. • Sharing curriculum Expectations • One meeting per term for principals • Curriculum manager to attend full day meeting term 1 for planning (teams of teachers preferred) Current experience – anecdotal, strong point of program, great support to keep on track
