  7. System Up Time • The planned UAT re-fresh went ahead on the 7th March 2014.

  8. Status of SystemHelp Desk Calls

  9. Calls • January 2014 is higher than expected (please note January 2013 was abnormally high due to a one off issue that will no longer occur). • There are some calls in relation to annual returns; however there are many related to EEMS returns behaving unexpectedly due to PETS changes. • There is the expected increase as expected, but the additional increase is in relation to PETS calls.
