4. What are Erasmus Mundus Action 2 scholarships for? To finance the mobility of: • Western Balkan nationals wanting to study/research at a partner EU university • EU nationals wanting to study/research at a Western Balkan partner university Exchange between two EU countries and within the Western Balkans is not possible Kosovo Tempus Office

JoinEU-SEE - PENTA – EU & South Eastern Europe: Participating, Exchanging and Networking in a Transnational Alliance for Internationalization in Higher Education • Kosovo Partner: University of Pristina “Hasan Prishtina” • Support to Mobility of Higher Education : To foster the development of both human resources and the international co-operation capacity of higher education institutions in the third countries by contributing to an increase in mobility flows between the EU and third countries on the basis of the principles of non discrimination and equal opportunities. Erasmus Mundus Joint Programmes: • Follow an integrated Masters Course or Doctoral programme in two or more universities • All students from Kosovo are eligible to apply for scholarships to 138 Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters and 42 Erasmus Mundus Joint Doctorates. • 2. Action 3 projects to promote European higher education • Action 3 has selected ten projects in its open Call for Proposals for projects: • to promote the attractiveness of European higher education • higher education cooperation with particular regions • the improvement of services for international students and doctoral candidates • quality assurance • the link between higher education and research, and on ways of promoting European study opportunities for doctoral candidates.
