Recent Decisions • Release of CapWIN software as “Open Source” to allow for National Distribution and to Facilitate System Development and Enhancement • Development of “Web Services” Client Designed to Improve Performance on Slower Wireless Networks and to Better Compliment Users with Existing Mobile Data Systems
