  2. We are an American curriculum school with strong emphasis on Emarati culture and tradition , Islamic values, while harvesting global mindedness. Our first campus opened in and in 1975 in a small villa, and in 1976 it moved to its first purpose built premises in A Mamzar. 1976 1998 2004 Who Are We & Where Are We Located 2006

  3. Team up in a group of 4-5 people (within your line) • Silently reflect on what you believe THE MOST IMPORTANT QUALITY of a successful leader is • Discuss with your team members • Unanimously decide on 1 ICE BREAKER ACTIVITY

  10. We Empower Shared Decision Making Process D. We lead and build leadership in others Either through insecurity or fear, principals think they have to be the ‘Big Principal’ at all times!
