  3. Heart Attack Signs & Symptoms • Chest pain (angina pectoris) • Pain in shoulders, arms, back, jaw • Shortness of breath, difficulty breathing • Rapid pulse • Nausea, sweating • Pale skin • Feeling tired or fatigued • Fainting • First Aid Treatment?
