  4. Nevada VPP March 2013 Nevada specific VPP policy – Expected to be released in 2013 SGE policy to be developed – Changes in staffing at NV OSHA has stalled the development of this program. The Nevada OSHA program is currently limiting one new site a year into the program

  5. Nevada VPP March 2013 The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for Nevada OSHA retired in early March. Resty Malicdem is acting CAO in the interim Nevada OSHA is in the process of developing an internal program and process to provide for more timely responses to applications
