“Delegate Packet” your best friend!” • Did you get one? • Great Information • Schedules and Locations • Procedures • Bylaws and Resolutions • Read it and bring it with you!
Bylaws vs Resolutions What's the difference? • Proposals to amend ENA Bylaws must include the following items: title; exact text changes; amendment rationale; financial considerations; and names of the sponsors. Further information on creating proposals will be available from ENA headquarters. • Resolutions may be submitted by the ENA Board of Directors, ENA committees or work teams, Journal of Emergency Nursing editorial board, a state council or chapter, or by an active ENA member. All resolutions must be compatible with ENA’s purpose, mission, values, objectives, federal and state laws, and financial soundness.
New this year! • Numbered keypads will be assigned to each delegate. Each delegate is responsible for checking out his or her own keypad. The number of keypads checked out by delegates shall serve as the number of delegates present for purposes of establishing the quorum. • Revision Process!

What to wear? • Business casual, bring a sweater or long sleeves! • MN ENA shirts ?
Afterward • You will be asked to share your experience at your local Chapter, and you should spread the enthusiasm with your peers in Emergency Nursing. They are the people you represent!
