  7. General Assembly Voting Rules (Chairperson of WITSA & Board Directors) There are three ways to vote for members in good standing: 1) by being physically present; 2) remotely by being connected via web conference or telephone call; or 3) by assigning a proxy www.witsa.org

  10. General Assembly Voting Rules (Chairperson of WITSA & Board Directors) If you vote by proxy, you need to assign a member in good standing or the Chairman to vote on your behalf. General Assembly Voting Rules (Chairperson of WITSA & Board Directors) After you have completed and signed the proxy form, you or your assigned proxy member must send the proxy form to either the Chairman (sgutierrez@witsa.org) or the Secretary General (jpoisant@witsa.org) no later than FRIDAY, September 30th before 1:30pm Brasilia time (12:30pm EDT). www.witsa.org

Election of WITSA Chairperson • Nominating Committee Chairman announces the Chairman nominees • 10 minute presentations by each candidate (only presenting candidate remains in room) • Comments and questions • Voting by members on ballots provided by WITSA staff (candidates leave the room; votes counted by Anders and Cathryn) • Only eligible voters remain at table • Remote participants present at the time of the voting will be allowed to send their vote electronically • WITSA Chairman announces the results of the vote. www.witsa.org
