Alcohol Compliance Officer Program • Mission: To fully leverage the experience and skill set that the “yellow shirts” bring to the table and to provide consistent across the board structure to the program • Position Summary • Under the direction of management, ensures responsible service of alcohol throughout the entire building, including training and supervision of personnel, in accordance with DNC’s Alcohol Policies, Guest Path Universal Service, and Operational Service Standards. • Hiring Requirements • Essential Functions • Supervise the serving of alcohol by employees • Assists employees with alcohol related issues • May assist in training/alcohol cut-offs • Performs other duties as assigned by management • Event Day Responsibilities • Introduce themselves to all DNC associates working in their assigned areas • Remind associates of alcohol policy • Conduct a minimum of five (5) Sportservice Alcohol Awareness compliance/Guest Path Observation Reports • Document all violations or complaints received; alert management and/or supervisors to all incidents/violations F&B Summit 2013

Ethical Equations • Remediation of Violations • Paperwork needs to be consistent for post event shops in order to track timely remediation of identified violations • GM required within 3 to 5 days of the shop to submit to Corporate Security, via email or fax, the following: • Signed and dated DNC Alcohol Service Training Certification Acknowledgement Form • Signed and dated Record of Associate Counseling/Termination Form • Corporate Security to conduct on-going analytical review of # and type of violations to identify trends and potential areas of concern • Strategic use of Ethical Equations to address high risk locations F&B Summit 2013
