SPIRITUAL PREPARATION • Practice your Faith • Sincerely struggle to be holy (live the virtues esp. simplicity, humility, love) • Have intimate relationship with Jesus and Mary • Do 33 day preparation for Total Consecrationand the Total Consecration • Live the Total Consecration (refer to Secret of Mary, or True Devotion to Mary by St.Louis Montfort

  3. IMMEDIATE SPIRITUAL PREPARATION • Offer your work, prayer (Rosary, Divine Mercy chaplet), and sacrifice before your • Ask Mama Mary to be the one to talk. Pray to the Holy Spirit for yourself and audience. • Prayer of Deliverance, use holy water discretely • Consecrate your talk

MATERIAL PREPARATION • Personal Grooming: clothes, make-up • Bring talk materials (usb with TC materials to present and to share, stampitas, Secret of Mary) • Previous on-site arrangements: lcd, laptop or pc, screen, sound system, chairs, etc.) • Know address and how to get there. • Arrive ahead of time

  5. PUBLIC SPEAKING TIPS- part 1 • Be cheerful/ smile. • Have someone introduce you. Give her brief written introduction. • Have an introduction to your talk that gets audience’s interest esp. if it relates to them. • Know your material. Practice with friends/family and get feedback. • Don’t read all the slides. Know them so that you can have audience contact. You can shorten what you read or skip slides, depending on how much time you are given.

  6. PUBLIC SPEAKING TIPS- part 2 • HAVE AUDIENCE CONTACT. Check how your audience is and adjust accordingly. • VOICE VOLUME: loud and clear.Modulate. BE expressive (face, hands, voice) • INTERACTION with audience : questions, activity • SUMMARIZE. EMPHASIZE MAIN POINTS. • PROPOSE AN ACTION FOR AUDIENCE TO TAKE.

  7. PUBLIC SPEAKING TIPS- part 3 • Keep the message clear. • Be prepared. • Keep the message simple. • Be vivid when delivering the message. • Be natural.

THE TOTAL CONSECRATION SPEAKER • *Spreads the TC through talks, personal friendship, sharing TC stampitas, etc. *Keeps a record of TC talks given (Date, no. of participants, names and cels of participants. Have a system of following up those who will do the 33 day preparation and TC) * Tries to live the TC * Fulfills the vision of the New Earth of Love Peace and Joy through prayer and spread of TC
