  2. Overview Ordering Products • “Order Request” Link • "My Research Areas“

  3. Ordering Products: “Order Request” Link • Using your EPRI.com User Name and Password, log in to EPRI.com • If you already know the item # of the item you want to order, click on the “Order Request” link at the top right portion of the header to navigate to the online order form

  4. Using the EPRI.com Online Order Form • Within the order form, enter the product number and then click “Add This Product.”

  5. Using the EPRI.com Online Order Form • The order form provides you the ability to add additional products, remove products, or change the quantity of each item. • When you are ready to place the order, click “Submit This Order Request.”

  6. Using the EPRI.com Online Order Form • After your order is submitted, a confirmation screen appears And, • You will receive a confirmation email

  7. Ordering Products: “My Research Areas” • Log in to EPRI.com • Select “My Research Areas” from the Members Menu

  8. Ordering Products: “My Research Areas” • Select a research area within the current portfolio. • In the Existing Products area, click the “Order” or “Download” link (if available) of the desired product or click “List All” for the entire listing and then click the “Order” or “Download” link.
