Sate Ambal Bahan-Bahan :1/2 ekor ayam , ambil dagingnya, potong kotak1 sendok makan kecap manis2 sendok makan minyak gorengtusuk satebumbu halus:3 butir bawang merah , iris tipis, goreng1 siung bawang putih2 sendok teh ketumbar , sangrai1/8 sendok teh jintan , sangrai2 butir kemiri , sangrai1/2 cm jahe1/2 sendok teh garam1 1/2 sendok teh gula merah sisirbahan saus:150 gram tempe , kukus, haluskan2 siung bawang putih5 butir bawang merah3 buah cabai merah keriting1/2 sendok teh garam1 1/2 sendok teh gula merah sisir500 ml airCara Membuat :1. Aduk rata ayam, kecap manis, minyak goreng, dan bumbu halus. Diamkan 30 menit.2. Tusuk-tusuk ayam di tusuk sate. Bakar sambil dioles sisa bumbu sampai matang.3. Saus, haluskan bawang putih, bawang merah, cabai merah keriting, garam, dan gula merah. Tambahkan tempe. Aduk rata. Tuang air. Masak sampai matang.4. Sajikan sate dengan sausnya.Untuk 4 porsi
