In pairs think of one thing each you could do to help someone else this week. Then encourage one another to do them. • If you have time why not feed them back to your tutor group and see if you could do some of your suggestions together as a tutor group. Prayer • Dear Lord, • I thank you for all that I have in life. For all the opportunities I have and for making me who I am. I pray that today I may have the opportunity to help someone else as those around me have helped me. • Amen Thank You for………….. Go round the tutor group and have everyone say one thing they are thankful for today. Then reflect on all that we have to be thankful for. Food glorious food!
