URS = Universal Routing Switcher TheChristie Vista URS-1608: • Is a matrix switcher that is independent of any particular format • Has 16 inputs that can be a mix of analog BNC and DVI signals • Has 8 outputs that natively support any display from component analog 480i to digital 4K

In non-technical terms this means: • Any source in any format connected to any of the 16 inputs can be routed and scaled to any display that is driven by any of the 8 outputs of the URS-1608. • The outputs of the URS-1608 support the native format and resolution of the display device. • It eliminates most or all of your front- and back-end boxes • It reduces your requirements to one piece of equipment • It ultimately reduces set up times, resources and maintenance costs.
