SSA’s Maxamine Solution • Created separate, highly abbreviated reports for each Web Manager • Limited to their sub-site, Maxamine reports mapped to OMB requirements • Set up as Scheduled Reports; output e-mailed to Web Manager • No requirement for to access Maxamine client application to view data
Results • December 1, 2006 • Internal Link Integrity: 85.2 • External Link Integrity: 57.0 • Metadata Coverage: 34.0 • Metadata Compliance: 55.9 • June 2, 2007 • Internal Link Integrity: 94.1 (+10.5%) • External Link Integrity: 83.7 (+46.8%) • Metadata Coverage: 47.9 (+40.1%) • Metadata Compliance: 87.1 (+55.8%)
