Policy & Systems Review & Reform • 2: Legal Reform • Police: Referral centers: (separate cells, adult presence when charged, etc --material & training) • Court: Child friendly court • Community participation: referral to CBOs/activities as punishment & link to child rights advocacy activity, in schools & communities.

Scaling-up • Strategy for National Level Impact: • policy review helping issue prioritizing • national w/shop consolidating consensus on priority areas & national representation • coalitions seen as important: • Govt, NGOs/CBOs agreed to continue/form coalitions at dist/prov levels to monitor, facilitate sharing & TA provision, eg network directory.
