Session 2 Q&As • Q: When will CD4 be released? • A: The rollout will begin at 5 PM eastern time on Wednesday, September 10 • Q: Does the Language search facet limit the search to the resource’s language, or the languages that the resource covers? • A: It limits the search to the resource’s language • Q: Do the New resources search facet limit the search to just “new” resources? • A: No, it also includes resources that have been updated during that time period.

Session 2 Q&As • Q: Will it be possible to search RDA within Cataloger’s Desktop? • A: Yes, if you have a subscription to RDA Toolkit • Q: Will phrase searching be available? • A: Yes • Q: Will wildcards, e.g. * or ? be available? • A: Yes, but not with the initial release • Q: Will Boulean OR and NOT be available? • A: Yes
